Dr. George Diacoumakos
George Diacoumakos was born and raised in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and graduated from Stuyvesant High School. He then attended NYU Washington Square and University College where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in Biology and Classics. He continued at NYU where he earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the College of Dentistry. After graduating, he practiced with Dr. Bennett Fidlow for three years in Staten Island, New York. He then co-established 5th Avenue Dental Associates with Dr. Glen Cosman and Family Health Dental with Dr Glen Cosman and Dr. Steven Johnson. He has taken numerous continuing courses including the two year NYU Implantology in Surgical and Prosthetic treatment, the Maxi Course in Implantology sponsored by NYU and Brookdale Hospital and the implant surgery program given by the Misch Institute at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dentistry. He has also taken various courses in occlusion, laser dentistry and cadcam dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Society, the Second District Dental Society and the Academy of Osseointegration.

Dr. Glen Cosman
Glen Cosman earned his B.S. in Mathematics and Biology from the University of New York at Albany and completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from NYU College of Dentistry. Soon after he co-established 5th Avenue Dental Associates and its sister office Family Health Dental PLLC located in Staten Island, New York. Both offices employ over 30 dentists and specialists, dental hygienists, assistants and administrators.
Glen is a member of the 2nd District Dental Society, New York County Dental Society and the American Dental Association while also participating with The Academy of General Dentistry and the American Laser Society. Dr. Cosman was granted his post graduate certificate in Orofacial Pain and Temporomandibular Disease (TMJ) from the Univeristy of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Dr. Joe Manfredi
Joe Manfredi, DDS, graduated from NYU College of Dentistry after performing his undergraduate studies at the College of the Holy Cross. He is a proud member of the ADA, NYSDA, AGD, NYCDS and a Board Member on the NYSDS Dental Marketplace. He has garnered High Honors Certification for Implantology and Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Bamshad Tabar
Dr. Bamshad Tabar, a former public school teacher from Virginia, attended the University of Maryland where he completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery after completing his Bachelor of Science in Biology from George Mason University. An avid world traveler who has composed his journal entries into a guide “Traveling to Survive”, Dr. Tabar headed East to hone his artistry, completing Lutheran Medical Center’s esteemed residency in general dentistry.

Dr. James J Sconzo
Dr. James J Sconzo graduated from Tufts University School of Dentistry and completed his General Practice Residency at Kings County Hospital. He is currently the Chief of Implantology at New York Methodist Hospital.
